We can assist You with amendments/ changes to most bookings. These requests will be processed strictly in accordance with the respective Airline's policies. In some cases, though, You will need to contact the Airline directly to place any change requests.
In any case, all bookings made through Us can be amended directly with the Airline.
Please bear in mind that depending on the Airline's policy, amendments to some fares selected may not be permitted.
Online Change Requests:
Online change requests must be made a minimum of 12 hours before departure for domestic journeys and 24 hours before departure for international journeys. Any changes made beyond these times will have to be made by contacting Our Support Centre.
In the event an infant booking needs to be modified, the entire booking containing all travellers will be modified simultaneously. In the event you need to make any amendments to the infant travel alone, please contact our Support Centre.
For any changes made online, the original booking will be cancelled, and You can then make a new booking with new dates, or with a different Airline or both.
Offline Change Requests:
Change requests through Our Support Centre must be made a minimum of 5 hours prior the scheduled time of departure for a domestic journey and a minimum of 8 hours prior the scheduled time of departure for an international journey. Only change requests made online or through Our Support Center shall be processed. We shall not be liable to process any change requests made through any other medium including but not limited to e-mail.
In the event an infant booking needs to be modified, the booking of the accompanying adult along with associated infant will be modified simultaneously.
Every change request made to Us is subject to amendment charges levied by the Airline, which may vary by flight and the fare selected. The charges levied by Airlines are non-refundable in case of cancellation post-amendment.
In addition to the Airline's charges, Blinctrip charges a non-refundable change fee of INR 400 per traveler, per segment for trips within India and INR 1,000 per traveler, per segment for international trips (Ex-India/To-India/ Anywhere to Anywhere in the world). These charges are also non-refundable in case of cancellation post-amendment.
When You amend Your booking, We will then calculate the refundable amount of the original booking and adjust it against any amounts payable on the new booking. If the new fare is lower than the original fare, We will adjust the amount against the amendment fee and the Blinctrip charge.
If there is any amount to be refunded after all applicable charges and fees have been collected, the same will be refunded in 7 working days of your change request. The Refund amount will be credited to Blincpay Wallet of a registered member and to the original source of payment of a non-registered member.
In accordance with Blinctrip’s Policy, in the event an amendment/change is made to the original booking, seat(s), meal(s) and extra baggage purchased will not be transferred to the new booking.
