Airlines reserve the right to waive off any applicable penalties at their discretion. If you would like to cancel your flight due to death, please contact the airline directly with a copy of the official death certificate requesting them to waive any applicable cancellation fees.

You could also cancel your flight on Blinctrip. However, we would be unable to waive off cancellation fees on behalf of the airline.
