Cancelling a flight booking you made on Blinctrip is quite easy. You can even check your refund amount before you decide to go ahead with the cancellation.
Select the trip you want to cancel
If you have an existing Blinctrip account, you can login to see your upcoming trips in the “My trips” section and select the trip you want to cancel. If you don’t have an account, you can access your trip by providing your Blinctrip booking ID and the email address you used during booking.
Click on Cancel flights
If you’re using a desktop browser, the cancel flight option will be available on the right side of the screen. If you’re on the Blinctrip mobile app, then you must tap on “Manage booking” when you view a trip, and then click on “Cancel”.
Select flights
Select the flights you want to cancel and click on the “Select travellers” button.

Select the travellers for whom you want to cancel the flights and click on the “View refund amount” button.
Review your cancellation
You will now see a screen that displays the options you just selected and the approximate refund amount. If you’re comfortable with the refund amount, please click on the “Continue” button.
On the rare occasions where we are unable to determine the refund amount, you can still proceed with cancellation by clicking on “Cancel anyway” without knowing your refund amount. If you would like to know your refund amount before cancelling you can click on “Call me to confirm” and a Blinctrip travel assistant will get in-touch with you shortly after.

Select where you’d like the refund
You can then choose where you would like to receive the refund - in your Blincpay wallet (logged in users only), or the payment method you used at the time of booking.
Confirm with OTP
For security purposes, you may be prompted to enter an OTP that will be sent to the mobile number you provided at the time of booking. This is the last step.
On completion of the above steps, your flight booking will be cancelled. We will process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and your bank, this may take between 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
