Airlines are sometimes forced to change their flight schedules for operational reasons or force majeure.
If your booking is affected by a change, we will immediately inform you via your preferred channel of notification. Many of these changes are minor schedule changes, which do not require confirmation from the traveller. Sometimes however, the airline requests that the traveller either confirms or chooses an alternative flight. In that case, we will send a mail asking you to contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours, so we can discuss and organise the best alternative for you.
However, if the cancellation has been caused by a critical financial situation (insolvency, bankruptcy, etc.) we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. These instructions will depend on the situation and can vary from rebooking with other airlines, repatriation, no alternative flights, possible refunds or claiming from the airline's administrators.
