Can I get a refund for my flight ticket?
Your eligibility for a refund depends on various factors like the fare booked, time when you cancel your flight and if is cancelled by the airline or the traveller.
How do I claim a refund for a cancelled flight?
Most refunds can be processed by us without referring to the airline. In other cases where the refund needs to be referred to the airline, we will send your request to the airline for authorisation.
How will I receive my refund?
You can choose to receive the applicable refund either through the original payment method used at the time of booking or in your Blincpay wallet.
Where can I see the status of my refund?
You can check your refund status on our website or mobile app under the ‘Cancelled’ tab in the ‘Trips’ section.
When will I get my refund?
Your refunds will be processed in 7 business days. In case you do not hear from us, write to us at support@blinctrip.com.
The airline I booked has suspended its operations. How do I claim my refund?
If the airline you booked with has suspended operations, please write to us at support@blinctrip.com. We will follow up with the airline for your refund.
