It may be possible to get a refund on unused tickets, however it depends on various factors.
Type of fare
Your refund amount will depend on the fare booked, whether non-refundable, partially refundable or fully refundable. The final refund amount will be computed after deducting applicable fees and Blinctrip fees.
Time when you cancel
You can cancel your flights a minimum of 5 hours prior the scheduled time of departure for a domestic journey and a minimum of 8 hours prior the scheduled time of departure for an international journey on Blinctrip.
Airlines typically do not issue refunds if you do not cancel your ticket before departure. If you do not cancel your ticket and do not turn up for the flight, the airline considers it as a “No show”. In such circumstances, most airlines will not authorise a refund. Some airlines will also cancel your return flight automatically. If you think you will miss your flight, please make alternate arrangements by writing to us at support@blinctrip.com or contacting the airline directly.
In some rare scenarios, you may be entitled to a refund based on the airline’s fare rules.
Involuntary cancellation
If the airline cancels your flight, then the airline is responsible to make alternative arrangements or to authorise full refund.
