You can visit our website or mobile app to check your refund status. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
Please visit the “My Trips” section. If you already have a Blinctrip account, please log in to see all your trips. If you haven’t logged in, or booked the ticket without logging in, you can view your trip by entering your Blinctrip Booking ID and the email address you provided during booking.
You can then access your Cancelled trip under the “Cancelled” tab and select the relevant trip to view the status of your booking.
We will notify you once your refund is processed. Depending on your bank / credit card issuer, refunds may sometimes take longer.
