Situation 1: You may have not entered correct information
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses (if applicable) and passwords/OTP. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be reversed within 7-10 business days once we receive the confirmation from the bank.
Situation 2: You got an error message on clicking ‘Pay Now’
If you clicked on 'Pay Now' and encountered an error message, we request you to retry. If the error still persists, we request you to contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Situation 3: You got an error after submitting the payment request
If you get an error after submitting the payment request, we suggest that you contact your card issuer to verify what happened. It may be an issue of credit limit or an unexpected charge as compared to your normal spending pattern, that has caused your card issuer to decline the transaction.
Situation 4: Payment is made but you are not sure whether your booking is confirmed
After a successful payment, if you are not sure whether your booking is confirmed, even though you did not get an error or the page confirming your booking request, you can check if the booking exists under the 'My Trips' section on our website and 'Trips' on our app & mobile site.
Situation 5: Booking is yet to be completed because of payment error
If you bought a trip on our website, but your booking is yet to be confirmed and no tickets have been issued because of a payment error, you might have received an email from us containing all the information on how to successfully complete the payment. Please note, that fares may alter and therefore the price displayed can't be guaranteed until payment has been received and flight tickets have been successfully issued.
